Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

MI Kitchen offers free standard shipping on eligible Ontario orders of CAD $199 or more. The order threshold is calculated before taxes and after applicable discounts.

This offer is limited to delivery addresses in Ontario. Remote areas and locations requiring special delivery may incur additional charges.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of CAD $10 applies to eligible Ontario orders below CAD $199. Shipping charges for destinations outside Ontario are calculated at checkout or confirmed before the order is processed. Any additional charge required for a remote area or special-delivery location will be confirmed before the order is processed.

Order Processing

We process in-stock orders during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We make every reasonable effort to ship orders promptly, but delays may occasionally occur for reasons beyond MI Kitchen’s control.

A tracking number will be provided when your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders Outside Canada

If you require delivery outside Canada, please contact our support team before placing your order so that available delivery options and costs can be confirmed.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete street address.

Delivery Address Accuracy

A complete and accurate street address with a postal or ZIP code is required for delivery. MI Kitchen is not responsible for delays, losses, misdirected packages, or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If we identify an address problem, we will try to contact you, but you remain responsible for providing accurate information.

Order Cancellations

Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. After delivery, eligible products may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy, and the customer is responsible for applicable delivery and return-shipping costs.

Damaged, Lost, or Incomplete Shipments

Please report a damaged, lost, or incomplete shipment to the carrier or MI Kitchen support team immediately. We may arrange replacement merchandise and/or submit a claim to the carrier. Keep all packaging and damaged products in the condition in which they were delivered until the claim has been reviewed.
